The Blue Orchid Thai restaurant is proud to introduce our two senior chefs.

On and Agus run our kitchen and supervise the preparation of all the food which is served to our customers. It is because of their experience and skills that we are able to maintain the delivery of the high quality food which the Blue Orchid is renowned for.

Many people know On - pictured here with the Australian Wallabies who have been frequent visitors to the Blue Orchid. On has been with the restaurant since it started serving Thai food ten years ago.

On's recipes and cooking are what has made the Blue Orchid the great restaurant it is today. We are very pleased to be able to say that On has stayed on at the Blue Orchid as the head chef looking after the Thai cuisine
