the Carindale Writers' Group.
The book presents a delightful assortment of short stories covering every
genre from satire and humour to thrillers and nostalgic dramas.
Both established and debuting authors from the Brisbane region have
contributed some of their best works making it a treat to read, containing
something for all tastes.
As well as showcasing the work of local writers, the artwork on the book
cover is that of local contemporary artist and Ikebana Sensei (teacher),
Lily Karmatz.
Furthermore, all proceeds from book sales will be donated to the
Brisbane-based charity The Pyjama Foundation: an initiative that provides
literacy services to disadvantaged children.
